CUSTOMER TESTIMONIES
Attix Vacuums, designed with German Wap technology, are durable, quiet and powerful vacuums. Most home vacuums have 40-55 inches of water lift (a measurement of power). The Attix vacuums have double that...between 90-105 inches of water lift. This means they can pull dirt out of surfaces, carpets, and upholstery, as well as lift heavy objects (nails, wood chips, etc.) easily. It's no wonder they are the vacuums used a Jiffy Lube centers across the country.
Industrial Vacuums strives to have complete customer satisfaction. Our customer is our #1 priority.
Here's what some of our users have to say:
"We have just completed work in what for us is no doubt the most
challenging work environment and the equipment performed superbly. We could not be more pleased.
"
James W., General Manager, Curtainwall Services Inc, Illinois
"Thanks for all of your help. It’s nice (and rare) to work with a company with such good customer service!"
Smith Craft, Iowa
"In my 38 years of fire service experience, I have never seen or used a vacuum so well suited for firefighters. With the Turbo SQ/AE, we’re able to accomplish our water removal calls in less than a quarter of the time as before." - Chief Philip Charles, Cherrydale Vol. Fire Dept., Arlington, VA discussing the Turbo SQ/AE Water Relocation Vacuum
"These vacuums are in a class of their own. Durable. Reliable. Quiet. We've had one for 14 years. We love them. Although they are a little more expensive than other vacuums, they are worth it. Sure, you can find shop vacs for less… but remember, you get what you pay for." -David Ellison, General Contractor
"Working in tenant improvement in the healthcare industry over twenty
years I've used several different models of vacuum. Now that HEPA vacs
are required I've traded in my big "orange" hepa vacs for the Attix 8.
These little blue power houses have stronger suction, are lighter for
the crews to care (they love them), and the vacuum bags stay put and
don't fall into the canister fouling the whole unit. Best yet they are
hundreds of dollars less than my old "orange" hepa units. Try one and
you'll be sold. I have ten to date.
-C. Richardson, California
"Yesterday I received the replacement handle that you sent to me. Thank you, and, yes it is the correct part! It has been a pleasure doing business with you. You do what you say you will do and I appreciate it. When I need any vacuum type equipment in the future, I will contact you again. Thanks." -Skip Alexander, Home User
"I previously purchased an Attix 3 about 3 years ago, which I am still
happy with. It works well despite vacuuming 2000 sq ft, five days a
week at a busy animal hospital. Best of all the sound doesn't get on my
last nerve."

I got this vacuum to replace a Rigid vac. Wow. What a difference. I
didn't know what I was missing til I got this. It is powerful and super
quiet. The best shop vac I've ever seen or owned. I had heard from a
friend who had one of these vacuums for 16 years how nice they are.
And it lives up to my expectations. Now my wife is using it to clean
in the house.
"My husband uses the Attix 8 in the garage, and I use it in the house. It is wonderful. It cleans more thoroughly than any other vacuums I have ever owned. The first time I used it, I cleaned the carpets, hardwoods, couches and drapes. I have never had such a clean house. And I love how quiet it is." Dana Jacobs, Home User
"Thanks for your prompt reply. It is good doing business with somebody where customer service is of this high quality." -

I was a little nervous shelling out a good bit of money for a Vac I had
never heard of... but various reviews including Fine Home Building
convinced me. It has worked out very well. This Vac has been used
every day to clean an animal hospital (lots of fur). It is quiet
enough that people can still work and answer phones nearby. Though the
person running the vac doesn't always hear the phone. It has fantastic
suction that lasts, the accessories last much longer than those by
Rigid and other American brands and work better (but make sure you get
the right accessory... not just the ones that ship with the unit. You
don't always get what you pay for, but in this case you do and then
some. I think if I had purchased a couple of these 15 years ago I
would have been saved a lot of time and annoyance and heard a lot less
vac whine.
"Thank you for taking my call after hours and explaining how the vacuum worked. You have excellent service." -Laura Peterson, home user
"I’ve wasted so much money over the years on off the shelf wet/dry vacuums. You go through them and trash them. But the SQ vac is a different story. I can’t believe how long it’s lasted and how much power it has. It’s just as good today as when I bought it six years ago." -John Olson, Drywaller
"These vacuums offer a much better cleaning performance and are simply better and nicer to use because of that wonderful thing - thoughtful design - Both machines [Attix 8 and 12 models] have good-sized wheels on the back and castors on the front so movement over most surfaces, including smooth concrete, is easy. Pulling on the vacuum tube, the Attix simply follows behind like a well- trained dog. Both machines have a powerful 1200 watt motor that will suck at 3600 litres per minute at full power. What I was struck by, was that my own domestic vacuum cleaner, although smaller and less powerful, gives out a high pitched scream that drowns out most conversation and is quite wearisome after a while. The Attix has an operating noise level of about 60dB(A) so I was able to converse with my wife while cleaning up the shavings and sawdust I had made on the patio when fitting a new back door." -Independent Review by Peter Brett
